Delete Your Account

You can delete your B4 account yourself at any time, without asking the club.
In the app
- Open the B4 app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
On the web
- Sign in at b4mentalcoaching.com.
- Open the profile menu at the top right.
- Choose Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
What is deleted
- Parent, coach, psychologist and club admin accounts: the sign-in is deleted at once; your name, email, phone and photo are permanently removed and notifications stop. Parents can also ask the club to erase their children's data.
- Athlete accounts: the sign-in is closed at once and the club receives an erasure request. The club anonymises the athlete record within 30 days (name, date of birth, health data, notes, photos and Apple Health data are deleted).
- Records we must keep by law (for example invoices) are kept for the legal period, no longer linked to you.
If you cannot sign in
Email hello@b4mentalcoaching.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete account" and your club's name. We act on it within 30 days.
Deleting only some data
To erase or correct specific data without deleting your account, send a request to the club from Privacy rights in the family area. Details: /privacy
